System 01

Proportional Anomaly Detection

Manual measurement varies by up to 2 cm even for the same practitioner. That margin moves balance points and forces extra fittings. TailorSense validates each captured dimension against the client's own body geometry, not against population averages. A reading that breaks the client's own proportional coherence is flagged for re-verification before it can enter the pattern.

System 02

Pattern Adaptation Engine

The engine produces an informed starting pattern, not an automatic one. A deterministic rule layer applies named tailoring principles with defined thresholds. An outcome-weighted layer then promotes the suggestions that have genuinely reduced alteration cycles for similar body profiles, and quietly demotes the ones that have not. The tailor keeps full authority at every step.

System 03

Fabric Fit Risk Scoring

Assigning a fabric to a client is one of the most consequential calls in bespoke work, and it is usually made on feel alone. TailorSense scores the fabric's weight, recovery, weave and shrinkage against the client's stress zones and movement sensitivity, then stores the scored matrix on the commission record. Risk is visible before the shears move, and the reasoning survives for every future order.

Knowledge Engine and Outcome Prediction

As you document a fitting, TailorSense structures what you saw, what the body presented and what you did about it against a three-layer taxonomy written in real workshop language. That archive then works for you: log a fit issue and the system returns ranked alteration suggestions, each with a confidence score based on how often it resolved the same issue for similar bodies.
